'Theron presented the case, he applicant is requesting a variance for a rrevvr:ly built house to encroach into the required side yard by 0. 1. inches. The request was reviewed by the Owasso 'Technical Advisory Committee arid. had DO comments, L,egal advertisement was published and letters were mailed to surrounding property owners, Staff received three calls needing clarification., but no one opposed, Dewey Brown moved to approve the variance request, Joe Ramey seconded the motion, Y: Ramey, Brown, Foster MAY; Norge The motion was approved 3 -0. Staff has no concerns with this location, Legal advertisement was published and letters were mailed to surrounding property owners. No calls were received concerning this request„ Staff recommends approval of the Special Exception request with the following conditions I, Signage be limited to that which is affixed to the structure itself, 2. A trash receptacle during the hors of business operation., 3. Obtain vendor license from the City Clerk's office, 4 That the facility be removed from the site at the close of the sales season on October 1, 1999. Joe Ramey moved to approve the Special Exception request subject to the above staff recommendations. Dewey Brown seconded the motion.
