I CALL. TO ORDER - Joe Ramey cafled the nneeting to order at 7:00 PM and

After a lengthy discussion, Vicki Tap roved to approve the Variance request, to
allow `or the reduction of parking spaces tee six, with one being a handicapped
accessible space. Also, with a condition of additional landscaping, which would
includes no less than four (4) trees. Kerr Foster seconded they motion.

landowner Mr.. Jerry McCoy addressed they Members regarding research he had
gathered on other mau lti- farrifly buildings in the Owasso area. Vicki Tapp
suggested sending a site elan to the Manning Commissioners for approval, theni

Dewey Brown moved to approve the Vadaance request, subject to staff
recommendations and as derailed site plan to be presented d o the Planning
Commission for approval, ease Ramey seconded she rnotiean,
