allow for a deviation In the rear yard setback requirements of property currently
described as Hot 19, block 1, Broadmoor Heights .Addition; further described as 12202
E. 79th Street forth.
Mr. looney gave the staff report. The proposed dwelling would encroach into the
required rear yard setback of 20 feet by I feet. This would create a 13' setback at its
dearest point to the rear property line. Because of cul-de-sac lots, rear yard setbacks are
difficult to maintain due to the wedge shape. Staff received one phone call from a
surrounding property owner, but was not opposed_ to the request.
John Phillips moved to approve the Variance request, the motion was seconded by .ferry
Duke.
