L CALL ,1,o ORDER A ROLL CALL - Vice; Chairperson pat lrrrbriano called the meeting
to order at 7,00 I'M and declared a quortim present.
2., CONSIDER APPROVAL, OF '1 HE MINUTES Ol A RIL 22, 1997 Gale Whitaker
moved to approve the minutes, motion was seconded by Pat I briano.

NAY: None
The motion carried 4-0.
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLI HEARING
30 O OA -9 -;03 -- Owasso Girls Softball Association - A request for a change in the
conditions of a previously approved Special Exception to allow for a deviation in the
established curfew in order to conduct a 24 hour softball tournament. The subject
property is located at 10320 Ea 116th ,Street North, Owasso.
10 The lighting shall be restricted to the softball fourmplex only,
. All vehicle parking shall be restricted to the west portion of the parking

I The use of any foam of a Public Announcement system between 11:00 PM
and 8:00 AM be prohibited.
Failure to cornply with the above conditions would elate future
rearrests from this organization _`prom being considered by the Berard or
Ind ustinent.
Following discussion, John Phillips inoved to approve the request subject to the above
conditions. Motion was seconded by Gale Whitaker,

Section 4.30, to allow for a deviation in the front yard setback requirements of property
currently zoned Planned Unit Developinent with an underlying zoning of R....2
(Residential Single-Family Mediurrr Desity)e The subject property is located. at 1 301
T; 90th ,Street North, Owasso.
Mr. looney presented the staff report. The applicant is requesting a Variance in order
to permit the construction of a home which would encroach into the front yard setback
2.3 feet beyond the 25' front setback line. Fetters were sent to surrounding property
owners within 300' of the subject property. No calls or letters were received regarding
this request. There was disscussion of tabling this item because of the applicant not being
present.
Vicki Tapp moved to approve the request subject to a letter showing approval of the
Variance attached to the lending papers, seconded by John Phillips.
AYE: Irnbriano, Whitaker, Phillips, Tapp
NAY: done
The emotion carried 4-0.
5. Adjournment - Gale Whitaker moved to adjourn. Lotion was seconded by John Phillips.
AYE: Imbriano, Whitaker, Phillips, 'Tapp

The motion was approved 4-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 Pita
