L CALL TO ORDER. & ROLL CALL - Chairperson Wayne Vines called the meet g; to
order at 7000 PM and declared a quorum present.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING
3. OBOA- 96-06 .. c i mQiLt n- - A request for Special Exception of the Owasso Zoning
Code to allow for an Equipment Rental Center on property within a CS (Commercial
Shopping Center) district. The subject site is located immediately east of Mazzio's on
E. 80th Street North, Owasso, OK,
Mr. Imbriano moved to approve the request for the Special Exception. Seconded by Ms,
Iloudyshell.

Code, ,Section 420.2 B, Accessory Use Conditions d Home Occupations, to allow for a
Child Daycare Facility within a RS-3 (residential Sir)_gle- Family High Density) zoning
district, The subject property is described as Lot 1, Bloch 5, Elm Creep Estates First
Addition, i° ether described as 821-5 N 120th E, Avenue, Owasso, OK,
Mr. Rooney presented the staff report, The Owasso Zoi.i.ing Code permits horne
occupations in all residential zoning districts provided they are approved by the Owasso
Board of Adjustment and meet all of the provisions listed in the Owasso Zoning Code.
Staff has visited the subject property and noticed that riot only is this residential corner
a busy one, but that traffic problems do occur when parents are dropping off children in
the morning or picking them up in the afternoon. Staff recommends approval of this
Special Exception with the following conditions:

20 A certificate of occupancy from the City of Owasso,
30 Review of this case one-year from the slate of approval.
4 All customer parking during pick up and strop off occur off street within
the applicant's driveway.
Mr. lrnbariano moved to approve the Special Exception with the above four (4)
conditions from staff, also with the inclusion of the option -for parents to park ors. 120th.
