The Owasso City Council met in special session thursday march 24th at
5:15 pm to execute the contract for the owasso community center.
present:
bill williams vice mayor donald graham inspector
robert yock councilman loyd architect
v.d. duncan councilman marcia riggs city clerk
c.f. delafleur city attorney roger helm contractor
tim wynn architect ralph schafer owasso reporter
absent:
boyd spencer council
jerrald holt mayor
mr. delafleur stated he had examined the contract between the helm co and
the city of owasso and it was acceptable.
mr. wynn read the contractual agreement between the hlem company and city
of owass. the council discussed variouse itmes of the agrement with mr. helm
mr. wynn introduced donald graham as the full time inspector on the community
center project. mr. grahan stated he had checked on previous projects
mr. helm had constructed and the results were all excellent.
mr. duncan moved that the contract be approved and executed contiguent on
mr. helm providing required bonds and insurance. mr. yock seconed.
