J PRESENT; Joe Ross Mayor Jim Matney Chief of Police Jerry K. Myers Vice Mayor Delano Lang Water Superintendent Robert K. Ball Councilman Tom Rikkola Fire Chief Harold D. Large Councilman Logan Dunbar Park Superintendent Noble C. Campbell City Manager ABSENT: V. D. Duncan Councilman Discussion was held on the walk-through inspection of the Municipal Complex. Councilman Large moved that the City Attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty Company, the bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the bonding company complete the municipal complex project as soon as possible. Mr. Myers seconded the motion. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large Mr. Large moved that the City Attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty Company, the bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the bonding company complete the swimming pool project as soon as possible. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large. Mr. Myers moved that the city attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty Company, bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the roof at ~-kq, the athletic building be repaired where needed due to leaks; replacement of insulation and faulty electrical switch box under the Performance Bond. Mr. Large seconded the motion. Ayes: Ross Myers, Ball, Large. By mutual consent, at 11:22 A.M. this meeting was continued t' 7:00 P.M, on March 17, 1975. Ma a G. Riggs, City C Joe ss, Mayor MARCH 17, 1975 The Owasso City Council reconvened Monday evening, March 17, at 7:00 P.M. with Vice-Mayor Myers presiding. PRESENT: Jerry K. Myers Robert K. Ball Harold D. Large Noble C. Campbell Ralph Schaffer ABSENT: Joe Ross Vice Mayor Marcia G. Riggs City Clerk Councilman Mr. Cline Mansur City Engineer Councilman Mr. W. W. VanDall City Attorney City Manager Tom Rikkola Fire Chief Owasso Rep. Josephine Downey Deputy Clerk Mayor V. D. Duncan Councilman City Attorney VanDall read the letter to the Council that would be sent to Mid-Continent Casualty Company pertaining to the completion of the municipal Complex and swimming pool projects. A similar letter on the athletic building will be sent also. The Councilmen requested that the letters be sent certified. At 7:27 P.M., Mr. Ball moved and Mr. Large seconded the motion to adjourn.
