MARCH 15, 1975
The Owasso City Council met in Special Session, Saturday, March 15, 1975 at 11:17 A.M.,
with Mayor. .Ross presiding.

Councilman
Discussion was held on the walk-through inspection of the Municipal Complex. Councilman
Large moved that the City Attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty Company,
the bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the bonding company
complete the municipal complex project as soon as possible. Mr. Myers seconded the motion.
Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large
Mr. Large moved that the City Attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty
Company, the bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the
bonding company complete the swimming pool project as soon as possible. Mr. Ball seconded
the motion. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large.
Mr. Myers moved that the city attorney be instructed to notify Mid-Continent Casualty
Company, bonding company for Caldwell Construction Company, and request that the roof at
~-kq, the athletic building be repaired where needed due to leaks; replacement of insulation and
faulty electrical switch box under the Performance Bond. Mr. Large seconded the motion.
Ayes: Ross Myers, Ball, Large.
By mutual consent, at 11:22 A.M. this meeting was continued t' 7:00 P.M, on March
17, 1975.

The Owasso City Council reconvened Monday evening, March 17, at 7:00 P.M. with Vice-Mayor
Myers presiding.

Owasso Rep. Josephine Downey Deputy Clerk
Mayor V. D. Duncan Councilman
City Attorney VanDall read the letter to the Council that would be sent to Mid-Continent
Casualty Company pertaining to the completion of the municipal Complex and swimming pool
projects. A similar letter on the athletic building will be sent also. The Councilmen
requested that the letters be sent certified.
At 7:27 P.M., Mr. Ball moved and Mr. Large seconded the motion to adjourn. Ayes: Myers,
Ball, Large.
