Chief Bullock stated. he had found. the citizens of Ct~rasso to be the most friendly
of antmlace he had been. P~Rr. Spencer stated, that in his opinion, the Council
should have been consulted. before a ne~~a Chief T-.as hired-. T°"r. Campbell pointed
out that his actions i-~ere governed. by the City Charter.

anyone interested. in serving on the Council t,o contact, one of the Councilmen.
PIr. Spencer asked about the Bond on the s~-rimming pool. lr. Campbell told him
