W S & W has already paid an engineez;~!work on the 12th to 86th Street sewer line, but in
order to get the 55% grant, some changes must be made and application made for the grant.
Mr. F~ielman, our Engineer will do the work with his charges being added into the cost of
the sewer, but the question arose as to who would pay Mr. Edelman if the grant was not
allowed. After some discussion, the Council agreed to go ahead with the engineering,
hoping the grant would be allowed. The cost was expected to be around $7,000.00.
Mr. Evans, a contractor, asked permission to concrete streets in Ator III Addition.
He brought along Claremore specifications for the Council to study. Mr. Peel moved
we grant permission to concrete according to Claremorefs Ordinance 490, Section 3,
Residential Streets with two-year maintenance bond. Mr. Large seconded the motion.
Ayes: Ross, Large, Peel , Duncan.
