Present: Robert Peel Vice President of Board V. D. Duncan Trustee Dean Large Trustee John Mowery Trustee M. S. Sawyer Attorney Josephine Downey Deputy Clerk Christine Shappley Acting Clerk Mr. Peel, Vice-President, presided in the absence of Mr. Ross, President. Resolution 432 designating authorized representatives of Owasso for purposes of transactions with the environmental agencies was presented by Mr. Peel. Mr. Large moved the resolution be adopted. Mr. Duncan seconded the motion. Ayes: Peel, Large, Duncan, Mowery. Mr. Glen Holmes, County Electrical Inspector, presented information concerning services that could be rendered to Owasso.
