The Owasso Town Council met in regular session on December 21, 1970 at 7:00 p.m.
in the Town Ha1.l.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read except Mr. troth made
the correction that water would be billed on occupancy of any multi-dwelling instead
of only 6-unit or above dwellings.
Mr. Mansur reported that plans were progressing on the projects. Mr. troth signed
a letter to Oklahoma Natural CTas Company advising the need of relocating gas lines
for the street improvement project. Bids on the project will probably be ready to
let between February 1 and March 1, 19?l.
Mr. Keys ~c~nnlained that he had been billed for the complete water line to his home
and he felt that he should only pay along his property. Mr. troth said he would dis=
cuss the matter with Herb who had made the agreement then talk with Mr. Keys again.
After some discussion, the Board agreed to consider rezoning t,?~~e rai]road property on
`Jest Broadway for a warehouse for Herbert Hale but no industrial zoning would be
allowed.
h".r. troth said that after discussion with the policeman, it was decided no further
~,cl.~cn ~.~ras necessary on Mrs. Lavenduskv~s complaint. He further stated that any
futare complaints of Town Employees should be made in writing to the Council, and
discussed privately before being presented in a public meeting. Hr. Stamper so
moved. Mr. Ross seconded the motion. Ayes: troth, Stamper, Henson, Ross.
Mr. Henson and Mr. troth recommended we repair the old radar unit at present instead
of buying a new one.
An application was received from ~^lillowdale A!obile Park for a permit to install a
metal frame storage building 1/~ x 4~ x B feet. Mr. Henson moved the permit be granted
subject to zoning clearance Hermit. N?r. Stamper seconded the motion. @yes: troth,
Stamper, Ross, Henson.
I~"r. John Kornegay, representing the Masonic Lodge requested a permit for the lodge
building at ?6th Street North subject to zoning clearance permit. N'r. Henson moved
we grant the permit. 1'~r. Stamper seconded the motion. Ayes: troth, Stamper, Ross,
Henson.
A request was made for a street light at 76th Street North and ll?th Street East.
Mr. Ross moved the ]_ight be installed. Mr. Stamper seconded the motion. Ayes: troth,
Ross, Henson, Stamper.

December 21, 1970 -- minutes continued--
A letter was read from Linda Carden, 4 South Atlanta saying she could not pay her
water bill at this time. She enclosed some money but will. still owe x24.36 after
the new billing. No special action was taken.
