Groth Joe Ross Gary Evans Inez H. Odom Josephine Downey Absent: Dean Large Bill Henson Martha Boyd President of the Board Trustee Trustee Town Clerk Deputy Clerk The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read. There was some discussion of Mr. Hales complaints at last meeting. Mr. VanAlstine said the rock wall had been broken for two years; the robbery was investigated but no robber was €aurid; Apartment 4 was checked at the time of Mr. Hale's call and again two hours later. The following treasury report was read by N~. January 2, 1968 - Minutes continued --- Mr. Groth read a copy of a letter he had sent concuring with the appointment of Mr. Gross to Tulsa County Communities. to Indian Nations Council of Governments serve on the Board of Directors for Mr. Groth stated that Mr. Sawyer will set up a sidewalk assessment District in the Sherrill Estates Addition and the Town will proceed to build sidewalks where they are lacking. Mr. Groth presented a petition from the nine full-time employees of the City asking for the Blue Cross Blue S~iield Insurance Plan, whereby, one-half of the premimwns would be deducted from their salaries and the other half be paid by the Citp. Once an employee enrolls in the plan, he may drop the insurance only on January 1st of any ~-ear if he so desires. Mr. Evans moved and Mr. Ross seconded we instruct Mr. Sawyer to make a resolution putting the insurance into affect. Ayes: Groth, Ross, Evans.
