All bids must be made on the ~
Blank forms provided by the Con-
sulting Engineer, Owen, Mansur
and Steele, 1642 S. Boston, Tulsa
14, Oklahoma, and must be in ac-
cordance with the "Requirements
for Bidding and Instructions to~
~ Bidders".
Plans, Specifications, Porn of
Contract and Bonds, Form of Pro-
posal, and Kequirements for Bid- ~
ding and Instructions to Bidders+
are on file at the Office of the
Town Clerk, City Hall, Owasso,
Oklahoma, and they can be obtain-I
~ ed at the office of Owen, Mansur ~
and Steele, 1642 South Boston,

upon return of the plans and j
specifications in good condition if
made within ten (10) days from

the contract.
No bid may be withdrawn for at
least thirty (30) days after they
scheduled closing time for the re-

The Bonds required will be a
Surety Bond for the performance
of the work and a Statutory Bond,
both in the full amount of the
^ontract, and a maintenance bond
in fifty per cent (50%) of the.,
amount of the contract.
The work herein advertised is to
be paid for in cash o•ut of the pro-
ceeds of bonds that already have
been sold.
The Town of Owasso, Oklahoma,
reserves the right to reject any or
all bids and to waive any infor-
malities in any bid.
