ELECTION PROCLAMATION
Under and by virtue of Section
27, Article 10 of the Constitution
of the State of Oklahoma and a
certain resolution of tl-e Town of
Owasso in said state, passed on the
27th day of September, 1954, au-
thori2ing the calling of an election
for the purpose hereinafter .set
.forth, I, the undersigned, Presi-
dent of the Board. of Trustees of
said town, hereby 'call an election
to be held in said town on the
12th day; of October, 1954, for the
purpose of submitting to the reg-
istered, qualified pxoperty tax pay-
ing electors of said town the fol-
lowing proposition:
"Shall the town of Owasso
State of Oklahoma, incur an
indebtedness by issuing its
negotiable coupon bonds in
the sum of Fifty-Fide Thous-
and'' ($55,000.00) Dollars to
provide funds for the purpose
of extehdng and improving
n the waterworks system to be
owned 'exclusively by • said
town, amd Levy and collect an
annual tax, in addition to sIl ~
other taxes, upon all the tax- ~
able praperty in said town
sufficient to pay the interest
on -said bonds as it falls due ~ ~,/;~
