On this regular meeting night, only:
Don Austin
V. D. Duncan
Inez Odom
Josephine Downey were present.
Mr. Bryson was in the hospital and Mr. Flournoy was ill. No meeting was held.
Mr. Austin asked Miss Downey to advertise for bids on a new fire truck. He agreed
to pay for the Ad if the Board does not approve his action.
Mr. Austin also asked Miss Downey to inform Starlane Addition that bids for the
waterline must ~o through City Hall since a former Board agreed to reimburse them
75~ of cost.
Mr. Campbell from Public Service Company left copies of a new contract to be read
by the Board and the Attorney.
The meeting was continued to Tuesday morning, February 16 at 8:30 when Mr. Flournoy
could be present and the following claims were appxovedi
