J. Bryson Floyd Flournoy V. D. Duncan Inez Odom Josephine Downey M. S. Sawyer Don Austin arrived late. President of the Board Trustee Trustee Town Clerk Deputy Clerk Attorney The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mr. Drewry asked for a street light to be installed at gth and Atlanta. Mr. Bryson asked Miss Downey to call Mr. Campbell and have a light installed in the same general pattern used up the street of Atlanta. Dean Large complained that the waterworks contractor has left his driveway unfinished when the waterlines were installed. Mr. Bryson said the driveways would all b e re- paired before the contractor is paid. Herbert Hale and Ernie Foster stated their need for water lines on Hale 's 110 acres which they are developing nobth of town. Hale said Oolagah water is available but he prefers Owasso water. He proposed to retain an engineer to install the lines two miles north of town including a pump for approximately $50,000. with the Town Board's approval. Then he proposed the Town own and maintain the lines and pay him one-half the revenue from the lines until the full amount is paid, plus an agreed amount of interest. He estimated as many as 1,000 taps in the future development and suggested charging as much as $300. per tap, then paying the Town the $70. cost and the remainder would be his. He would :also like to have his property annexed if possible. He asked the Board for suggestions and agreed to bring a written proposal to the next meeting on January 4, 1965. Bob Barrett of 101 South Birch wants to curb and gutter the street around his property using a standard 6" curb and lg" gutter. The Board gave permission to go ahead with his plans. He also complained about a trailer parked back of his lot ti-rith no water tap. Ed Wells asked permission to concrete parking lot including alley and sidewalk at his new building area. The "oard agreed so long as the walkway is kept cleared for walking. His building permit was agreed upon at $76.75 on a $3,2000. building. He will also need a $15.00 sewer tap and a $70.00 water tap. Mr. Bryson, a Vet from Collinsville (no relation to W. J. Bryson) wrote a letter asking for an occupation license. No objection was heard. Mr. Bryson moved we give each of the following employees a Christmas bonus of $20.00: Josephine, Downey, Dorothy Allsup, Inez Odom, James H. Tyler, Buddy David Hilburn, H. C. Bradley, Gordon 0. Clay, Fred R. Harmon, Mr. Flournoy seconded the motion. Ayes: Bryson, Flournoy, Duncan.
