The April 15th meeting of the Board of Trustees was reconvened
at 1:30 P. M. at City Hall by 9P. J. Bryson, President of the Board, on
April 20, 1963.

The minutes of the meetings dated March 18, April 1, April 6,
and April 15 were approved.
The treasurer's report as of April 14, 1963 was presented as
follows:

Hayes moved the salary rate for Police Off icer Gordon Clay be
raised from X275.00 to X325.00 per month effective April 15, 1963.

The clerk was directed to write Mr. Gary Vaughn, 407 North
Atlanta, Owa^so, advising him it is unlawful to operate a business in
an area zoned for residentis.l use only and furthermore it is unlawful
to operate a business in Owasso without first purchasing an occupation
license.
Charney moved that the proposed ordinance regarding a plumbing
code and the proposed ordinance No. 40 related to water service, water
rates and charges be tabled for consideration of the incoming board.
Second, Hayes. Ayes, Bryson, Hayes, Charney.
Hayes moved the salary rate of Police Off icer Fred Harmon
be raised from X5250.00 to X275.00 per month effective May 1, 1963.
