The treasurer's report was presented as follows: General Furd 3,994.97 Sinking Fund 4,620.77 Street 3c Alley Fund 5,913.26 Water Fund 6,515.36 Pieter Deposit Fund 1,160.05 Sewer Fund 1,103.60 Sewer Fund - Improvement 32,B54.40 Park Fund 23.74 Cemetery Fund 1,869.90 Motion by Charney that the Board adopt a Resolution ratifying the action of a previous Board whereby a quit-claim deed was given to the following described property to-wit: The West 25 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW~4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~4) of Section. 30, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. to C. B. Sherrill and Harriet C. Sherrill. in exchange for a 50 foot strip of land for right-of-way as what is now known as Atlanta Street and formally known as Oklahoma Street, Second, Hayes. Ayes, Bryson, Charney, Hayes. Said deed recorded January 19, 1959. Book 2934, page 675• Charney moved that proposed Ordinance No. 35 relating to the control of lightweight motor vericles be adopted. Second, Hayes. Ayes, Bryson, Charney, Hayes. The emergency clause was voted upon separately and passed by unanimous vote by the Board of Trustees. Ross Smithers car~:e before the Board with a request for 15 extra water taps for his Graceland Acres water line. After some discussion Bryson declared a recess at 9:05 P.N. The Board reconvened at 9:15 P.h. and announced it would take the m~.tter under advisement. The Board is in receipt of a commercial zoning application of C. B and Harriet Sherrill for Lots 4 anal 5, Block 22, Original Town of Owasso, Oklahoma. Hearing for same is set for July 16, 1962, at 8:00 P.M.at City Ha11. The $25.00 zoning fee was tendered with the application. Nir. A. B. Fields came before the BoG.rd to discuss the renewing of his refuse contract. After some discussion, the matter was tabled to a later date.
