Bryson, at Town Hall, Owasso, ~9klahoma, August 6, 1962. Present : W. J. Sawyer Attorney The minutes of the previous meeting were read. The~~e being no corrections or additions, the minutes stood approved as read. The treasurer's report as of August 5. 1962 was presented as follows General Fund $ 3,90w.67 Street and Alley Fund 4,948.44 Sinking Fund 5,614.22 Dater Fund 6,709.92 Sewer Fund 967.07 Sewer Improvement Fund 31 ,831.58 Meter Deposit Fund 1,255.05 Park Fund 30.74 Cemetery Fund 1,934.90 Minutes -.August 6. 1962 ~ ~ e 2 Bryson and Hayes reported bids for"lo~ ring water lines in order to re surface fain Street were received G.nd opened at a special meeting July 30, 1962. Charney moved all bids be refused and the project be re-advertised to receive new bids .August 20, 1962 at 7:30 F. hi. Second, Hayes. Ayes, Bryson, Hayes, Charney. The Board acknowledged telegram from Construction Grants Section by Hendon N. Crane approving s ewer improvement contract to Southwest Construction Corporation for partial federal aid. Contract must be awarded on or before September 27, 1962. Owen, Mansur & Steele is now preparing the f ormal contract. The Board acknowledged letter and preliminary report by Owen, Mansur & Steele concerning location of water storage reserve and estimates relative to construction of sidewalks, storm sewers and paving streets. The Board acknowledged the annual audit report of the town treasury by B. W. Vetter & Company. The Board members will s'~tudy the report and discuss any questions with Ernissee at the next meeting. Hayes moved that Earle S. Hedgpath be employed as a policeman fd~ $250.00 per month. Second, Charney. dyes, Bryson, Charney, Hayes.
