Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. by the President of

The minutes of the previous meeting were read. There being no additions
or corrections, the minutes stood approved as read.

A Mr. Lane carne before the Board with a preliminary proposal
concerning a water authority to be set up for the towns of Collinsville,
Skiatook, Sperry and Owasso, using Oolagah water. Mr. Lane wished to know
if the Board of Trustees of Owasso would be interested in such a proposal.
The Board stated it would be willing to consider such a proposal when Mr.
Lane had the facts in hand. The Board, however, would not commit itself
beyond this point.
