Motion by McGuire to accept minutes of last meeting as read. Seconded
by May. Aye: Beane, May, McGuire.
Motion by May that Roy M. Clere be terminated effective January 11. 196 ;.
Seconded by McGuire. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire.
Motion by May to postpone action on the applications for a new policeman,
until Feb. 6, 1961. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire.
Mr. May and Mr. Wright gave a full report on their trip to Okla. City on the
Fire equipment and the class 8 Insurance rating for the City of Owasso, which
is to come up in the proposed bond issue.
Motion by May to adopt ordinance # 17. Seconded by Davidson. Aye: May,
Beane, McGuire, Davidson.
Motion by Davidson to adopt Ordinance #18. Seconded by May. Aye: McGuire,
May, Beane, Davidson.
Motion by McGuire to adopt Ordinance # 19. Seconded by May. Aye: May, Beane,
McGuire, Davidson.
Motion by May to adopt Ordinance # 20. Seconded by Davidson. Aye: May, Beane,
McGuire, Davidson.
Motion by May to leave water rates to Ross Smithers water district as is, at
a double rate. Seconded by Davidson. Aye: May, Beane, Nay: Davidson.
Abstained, McGuire.
There was a report by Soc on the survey which was held in the City of Owasso
for City improvements.
