Aye: May, Beane, McGuire. Meeting of February Continued: Statement of the financial positions of the various funds for January 1961 Water Fund Sewer Fund Park Fund Meter Deposit Fund Cemetery Fund General Fund Street & Alley Fund Sinking Fund- $ 6211.40 1245.95 7.49 1970.05 1252.09 2166.70 loo8.76 9457.07 There was a general discussion on the proposed Bond issue: Mr. Taylor, Soc, and Mrs. Geiser were representing the Chamber of Commerce, Mr Taylor stated that the Chamber would support the bond issue or at least the Dater issue. Motion by May that February 28, 1961 be set as the date for presenting the bond issue to the people of Owasso. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire. Motion by McGuire that an assessment of $1.00 be assessed to each dwelling and business to apply toward the retirement of indebetness. Seconded by May. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire. Motion by May to call a special meeting Wednesday, February 8, 1961 to formely adopt resolutions for the presenting the bond issue at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: Beane, May, McGuire. Motion by McGuire to amend the General Provisions Chapter,? Section 1, to read as provided in ordinance # 21. Seconded by May. Motion by May to table the Motion until next regular meeting. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire. Motion by May to allow Item # 1 in Bill Allsup's claim in the amount of $54.60 less taxes. That Item #2 for 5 days be disallowed in full, that we allow Item #3 & #4 in full. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire.
