re- conditioning of the water tank, including cleaning, scaling, painting, eta.
His company's charges are $2.50 per lineal foot for welding, $.50 per rivet, $.45

Mr. Curtis E. Moutrey, of Curtis E. Moutrey & Associates, Inc., 1503 North Denver,
Tulsa, Oklahoma. (LU 7 -2297) came before the council to discuss the creation of
a water authority for Owasso. After considerable explanation and discussion Bryson
suggested that Mr. Moutrey present a brochure to the council for study, if he so
desired. Perhaps, t en, at a later date, more discussion would be feasible. The
majority of the council did nto believe it would be interesed in entertaining such
a water authority but agreed to investigate the material presented to it.
Mr. William Pennington and Mr. John Kornegay came before the council concerning three
houses being on one water meter. The meter in Mr. Pennington's mane also serves two
