"2.112 Meeting of December 19, 1960 Continued: PI 2 -T R Ross Smithers was before the board asking for a reduced rate in his outside water interest's. The board will take it under advisement. Mr Smith was before the board to donate the land east of the present park to the Rayola Park.This property will join the new hi -way. This property is East of the present park and between 4th. and 6th/ St. to ne access road. A fifty foot (50 ft.) street from old Lake St. (Dogwood) to Hi -way access road, same being a continuation of 6Th. St. East. This contribution is to cover 1960 & 1961. Motion by May to accept the deed to additional land for Rgyola Park from Mr. & Mrs J. Ray Smith, with gratitude. Secondeat by Davidson. Aye: May, Beane, McGuire, Davidson. Bill Allsup, was before the board asking about his money pretaning to the tools he lost or wore out during his employment with the City of Owasso. Motion by Davidson to give each City employee a $25.00 Christmas bonus to be added to their yearly salary. Seconded by McGuire. Aye: Davidson, McGuire. Nay: Beane, May. Motion by McGuire to give Floyd Fisher a $25.00 raise. Seconded by Davidson. Aye: McGuire, May, Davidson, Beane. Motion by May to buy a Hall tree for the City Hall. Seconded by Davidson.
