In order for your. City or Town Court to cont_inljie_ operating after Tune 23, 1970,
it will be necessary for your governing body to adopi, a Resolution to that effect.
Copies of the Resolution must be filed with the County Clerk and the Clerk of
the Supreme Court within 30 days after TLme 23.
The Resolution can be about as iolJows:
RESOLUTION NO,
WHEREAS, by virtue of Senate B.J-111 No. 544, which became
law on April 24, 1970, each City and Town government having a
Municlipal Court, the continucatlon of which is considered neces-
sary for the efficient disposition of cases involving the violation
of its Ordinances, is required to fie a Resolution to that effect
with the County Clerk and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, and
WHEREAS, the City (Town) of Oklahoma,
