Council met in special meeting at Town Clerk's Office at 7:30 P.M.

Minutes of the last regular meeting read and approved.
Visitors: Bob Campbell, V. D. Duncan, James Ladd, Ed Foster, and
Earl Kerr, Sr.
Bob Campbell made a talk on the type of street lights which would
be of the most use to Owasso. He gave the prices of different types
of lights. There was a discussion followed as to the kind and number
we should install. It was decided that the board would study the
matter over until the next meeting. .
The following claims presented and allowed:

James Ladd was before the Board asking information regarding water
lines to be moved due to the new highway to be constructed east of
city limits. Discussion as to the city taking over the water lines,
and running a 6" line instead of 4"to the cemetery followed.
Motion made by May that we authorize Ed L. Foster to tie on to the
Jonesville '#ater Company line with their consent. Said customer
presently being served by the Owasso 6hlater Dept. Seconded by Davidson,
motion carried. 3-0.
May moves that the water commissioner be authorized to negotiate on
the relocation of water lines to the best interest of the Town.
Seconded by McGuire, motion carried 3-0.
There was a discussion on the subject of Oklahoma Street being
opened up all the way to 86th St. North. or to Sharon St. at least.
May and McGuire are to contact Tom Roberts as to his views on matter.
~ Beane brought up the subject of the Town of Owasso having to run a
~ water line to the new school site. Motion made by Davidson that we
~r run a 4" water line to the new school, adjacent to Allyn's north
property line. Seconded by May, motion carried 3-0.

Motion made by McGuire that all businesses be required to keep their
Alleys cleaned at all times. Seconded by May, motion carried 3-0.
Motion to adjourn made by McGuire, seconded by May, and meeting
