Mr. Mansur gave a review of the engineering work on the Town's sewer ~' system which was done by his firm in 1952• He states that a plant large enough to take care of the Town's future growth was impossible to build at this time due to lack of money available. He states that the assessed value of the Town of Owasso at the present time is one dollar less than $750,000. The assessed value in 1952 was less than $91,000. He also asks the Board about the contract that was drawn up by the last board, in which Owen, Mansur & Steele was to receive $400.00 for a preliminary study to be made of the Town's sewer expansion. Motion made by May that we inform Owen, Mansur & Steele, that further study not be made on present contract, and that contract dated July 21, 195$ be cancelled. Seconded by Davidson, motion carried 4-0. Motion made by McGuire that we build a dog pound on a site to be selected by a committee picked by the Mayor, to be brought in by next meeting of June 15, 1959. Seconded by May, motion carried. Motion made by McGuire that any person making a complaint to be presented to Town Board must present complaint in writing, and it mmst be signed by person making same. Seconded by Davidson, motion carried 4-0. Motion made by May that board members be paid monthly. Seconded by Davidson, motion carried. ~, Motion made by May that we accept the contract from the scl-iool on the sewer line to the new school building. Seconded by McGuire, motion carried.
