Seconded by Davidson, motion carried 4-0. Motion made by May that the Town of Owasso install 4 street lights in the Park. Seconded by Davidson, moti on carried, 4-0. C Q C June 15, 1959, Cont. 132 Mr. M. H. Coleman a~ree's to pay the Town of Owasso the cost to the Town for running the water service lines to the lots which were split- up in the Sherrill Estates Addition. He states that at present Lot #9, Block #2, is the only one that has been split. Motion made by May that we lay aside until next meeting night the contracts from Owen, Mansur & Steele. Seconded by McGuire, motion carried.4-0 Motion made by May that any person, firm or corporation who is delinquent in a3~y obligation due or owing the Town of Owasso, shall have no claims or business honored or brought before the board until such obligation has been met, unless otherwise allowed by a majority of the board.
