Council met in regular session at the Town Clerk's Office at 7:30 P.M.

Motion made by May to pay the elect ric bill of $1409, which was billed
to the Town by Public Service, then bill Mr. Richardson for $14.09, and
have meter taken out which is instal led in the Town of Owasso's name.
Seconded by Davidson, motion carried 4-0.
Motion made by May that the Town of Owasso install 4 street lights in
the Park. Seconded by Davidson, moti on carried, 4-0.

Mr. M. H. Coleman a~ree's to pay the Town of Owasso the cost to the
Town for running the water service lines to the lots which were split-
up in the Sherrill Estates Addition. He states that at present Lot #9,
Block #2, is the only one that has been split.
Motion made by May that we lay aside until next meeting night the
contracts from Owen, Mansur & Steele. Seconded by McGuire, motion carried.4-0
Motion made by May that any person, firm or corporation who is delinquent
in a3~y obligation due or owing the Town of Owasso, shall have no claims
or business honored or brought before the board until such obligation
has been met, unless otherwise allowed by a majority of the board.
Seconded by McGuire, motion carried 4-0
Motion to adjourn made by McGuire, seconded by May, and meeting adjourned.
