the Town of Owasso, Oklahoma has heretofore issued and sold Y12030000.00
of Storn, Sewer Bonds and $20,,000.00 of Sidewalk Bonds, b6th issues dated November
1 1970; and
IHEREAS,, pursuant to -an election duly held concurrently with the election at
which the above bonds were authorized, payment of principal and interest on
,he above bonds was to be paid from the present sales tax-receipts; and
WjEaa- S, for the 12 months ending September 10 1970, the receipts from said

treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to set over into the sinking; fund of said

charges and costs be set, established and provided for, as authorized and re-
quired, by Sections 1230.2, 1250.2, 1250.2; and 126o,2, of Chapter 12, anc.i.
Section 1330.1 of Chapter 13, of Ordinance 116 of The Town of Owasso, Oklaloma.'
