Council met in regular session at Town Clerk's Office at 7:30 P.M.

Bill Boyd, rep^esenting boys baseball clubs of Owasso asked that
City of Owasso aid in preparing field for night play.
Flournoy made motion to donate $250.00 to Boys Baseball Club to be
used for lighting equipment at ball field. Seconded by Beane, motion
carried.

Dick atuart representing Ross Aero Publishers asked what is necessary
' to obtain per.lit to solicit in. Tovrn of Owasso . Iis titans are to pubiisYr
a newspaper atnis 'T'ulsa office for circulation in Owasso. He plans to
circulate free papers for a short period, later if advertising develops,
to operate as a regular profit making enterprise.
Dr. Evans advised that Mrs Chenoweth had requested and been granted
Park Committee permission to operate a concession at Otitirasso park for
a period of one year. A contract is to be made up covering same.
A Chevrolet truck was brought dorm from Collinsville for examination ,
with view to purchasing same. Flournoy made motion to buy truck if it
can be purchased for X550.00. Motion seconded by Beane, and carried.
Motion to adjourn made by Flournoy, seconded by Beane, and meeting
adjourned.
