Claim to Everett Harris for $5.00 disallowed.
Motion made by Rosecrans that Justice Court Costs must be assessed in
addition to all fines levied, and further, that the fine shall be not less
that $10.00 (Ten dollars) for each charge of speeding. Also that in the
ca:e of forfeited bonds the Judge shall collect no more than $1.00 (One
dollar) of costs in each case. Seconded by Chittenden and carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans that as of July 1, 1~?57, (first of Fiscal year)
that the occupational license fee for pool halls and recreation parlors
shall be reduced to $20.0 per annum and further that the occupational
license fee for taverns and/or bars shall be increased to $20.00 per annum.
Ordinance #1, Section License-Chapter 1, Section 7 be ammended accordingly.
Seconded by Chittenden, and motion carried.
Motion made to adjourn by Rosecrans, seconded by Chittenden, and meeting
adjourned.

Claims were approved as read.
Motion made by Chittenden to buy l~lorkmans Compensation and Public Liability
Insurance for all city employees. Seconded by Rosecrans, and carried.
Attorney Swanson gave his opinion that the Town Marshall's job may be
appointed.
Motion made by Rosecrans to increase the Occupation License Fee to out of
town merchants from $10.00 per annum to X20.00 per annum. Motion withdrawn
by Rosecrans and to be subject Attorney's opinion.
Motion made by Rosecrans that Josephine Downey's salary be increased from
$200.00 per month to X225.00 per month effective March 15, 195']. Seconded
by Chittenden, and motion carried.
Ordinance #105 received and recorded to City Clerk.
Motion made by Rosecrans that meeting adjourn, seconded by Chittenden, and
meeting adjourned.

Special meeting of Town Council. Members present: Rosecrans, Chittenden,
and Boyd.
Visitor: Chit~em from Victory Pump Co.
The sewage treatment plant was discussed.
A motion vas made by Rosecrans that city procure centrifugal pump with
sufficient capacity and controls in wetwell of Disposal plant. This
expenditure not to exceed $1100.00. Seconded by Chittenden, and motion
carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans to adjourn, seconded by Chittenden, and motion
carried.
