Claims were approved as read.
Motion made by Chittenden to buy l~lorkmans Compensation and Public Liability
Insurance for all city employees. Seconded by Rosecrans, and carried.
Attorney Swanson gave his opinion that the Town Marshall's job may be
appointed.
Motion made by Rosecrans to increase the Occupation License Fee to out of
town merchants from $10.00 per annum to X20.00 per annum. Motion withdrawn
by Rosecrans and to be subject Attorney's opinion.
Motion made by Rosecrans that Josephine Downey's salary be increased from
$200.00 per month to X225.00 per month effective March 15, 195']. Seconded
by Chittenden, and motion carried.
Ordinance #105 received and recorded to City Clerk.
Motion made by Rosecrans that meeting adjourn, seconded by Chittenden, and
meeting adjourned.

Motion made by Chittenden that claims be accepted, seconded by Rosecrans,
and motion carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans that all non-resident business concerns or individua]_s
doing business in the town of Owasso shall be subject to an annual occupation
License fee of $20.00 as provided in the payment of all other occupation
licenseti~. Seconded by Chittenden, and motion carried.
Motion made by Chittenden that Mr. Swanson be paid for services above a
retainer fee in the amount of $385,00. Seconded by Rosecrans, and motion
carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans to enter into contract as of March 18, 1957, in
the matter of a Civil Suit to Wayne Shahan for recovery of monies. Seconded
by Chittenden, and motion carried.
A resolution: We, the Board of Trustees, at a meeting duly held at City
Hall March 18, 1957, do hereby resolve; that the present board of trustees
areof the opinion that the services heretofore rendered by the following
have been faithfully and deligently performed during our term of office,
and we wholeheartedly recommend to our successors that the below named persons
be re-apr;ointed: Josephine Downey, Deputy Clerk; G. D. Swanson, City
Attorney; Richard Ernissee, City Auditor; E. R. Richardson, Chief of Police;
J, W. Allsup, Water Superintendent; and Robert Zundel, Sewer Superintendent.
Motion made by Rice that contracts between John Komma, Floyd Flournoy, and
the Town of Owasso that John Komma will receive 22 taps of the 50 honored
to Floyd Flournoy, Seconded by Rosecrans, and motion carried. Contract

Special meeting of Town Council. Members present: Rosecrans, Chittenden,
and Boyd.
Visitor: Chit~em from Victory Pump Co.
The sewage treatment plant was discussed.
A motion vas made by Rosecrans that city procure centrifugal pump with
sufficient capacity and controls in wetwell of Disposal plant. This
expenditure not to exceed $1100.00. Seconded by Chittenden, and motion
carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans to adjourn, seconded by Chittenden, and motion
carried.
