Board met in regular session 7:00 p.m. at Totivn Clerk's Office.
Present: Beane, Sheldon, Flournoy, and Corrbs.
Absent: None.
Minutes of the last regular meeting read and approved as read.
The following claims read and allowed:
A. H. Cowart :~ 5.00
Owasso Lumber Co. 30.00
Id. S . itJilliams 5.00
William E. r4oore 54. 00
J. T. Dillard 5.00
Mr. Bernard Goodall met with the Board to discuss the use of various
funds. His estimate for Audit and Financial statement plus preparing
budget was in amount of ~ 350.00.
Board is in receipt of Pflarguerite Sheldon's resignation as Treasurer
for the To:vn of Ot=~asso, effective June 1, 1957, or as soon as a re-
placement can be made. Board ~.ccepts resignation.

P~lotion made by Flournoy t.. _nvest $ 2000.00 of the Meter Deposit Fund
in Series E. Bonds with interest accumilated from these bonds to go
into the General Fund. Seconded by Combs, and carried by unanimous vote.
Motion made by Combs, seconded by Sheldon, to adjourn, meeting to 9:00 A.M

Present: Beane, Combs, Sheldon and Flournoy.
Absent: None.
Motion made by Flournoy , seconded by Beane, to ern~loy Guy Carver as of
June 1st; 1951 as an Intermediary between streets and vrater dept.
Compensation to be divided er_,ually between water fund and street and alley
fund. Motion carried.
I~iotion made by Flournoy „seconded by Beane to retain Bill Allsup for the
duration of the present Board. Motion carried.
Tviotior. made by Flournoy, seconded by Beane, to secure Notary Seal for
iss Downey. Motion carried.
Board decides to purchase one original and i0 ?:~otostatic copies of
comlete reap of OWaSSO City limits.
The appointment of Richard Ernissee as bookkeeper, iv as approved by
the Board.
The appointment of Doyle Carter as City Judge to be compensated thirty
dollars per month for court costs, ~^~as approved by the Board. His bond
to be furnished by City.
I~~otion made by Combs, seconded by Flournoy, to appoint Harold Charney
as City .'lttorney for the duration of this Board. 1`iotion carried.
Motion made by Combs, seconded by Beane, to retain E. R. Richardson
May 20, 1957, Cont.
as Chief of Police. Car furnished at a salary of ~ 225.00 per month.
Motion carried.
