Absent: None Others present: Boyd, Richardson,~Ernissee and Charney. Minutes of the previuos meeting read and approved as read. Motion made by Flournoy, that Ordinance # 2 be declared an emergency, and that said Ordinance be included in Sewer Improvement Fund Ordinance - to twit: In addition to the $15.00 permit fee included in Title 12, Chapter 3, Section 7, there shall be levied a fee of ~ 30.00 against aly ,additions not originally in the Original Town of Ovrasso, Okla. Said X30.00 shall be paid to the Town of Ovrasso, to be placed in the Sewer Improvement Fund, prior to closing of any loan on any lot in said Addition. Seconded by Beane, motion carried. Lee Ave., west of Oklahoma St, for a playground as long as said property is properly rnaintained. Iviotion carried. I~lotion made by Flournoy that all deposit slips and bank statements be presented to the board for approval at the end of each month. Seconded by Combs. Motion carried. Miss Dovrney to contact Scotty Glasgow in regard to meeting with Town Board and Fire Dept. Board. Motion made by Flournoy, seconded by Beane, that Richard Ernissee be appointed to the job of To~rrn Treasurer. Salary to be X1.00 per year. Motion carried. Ernissee sworn in at this time. Bill Boyd sworn in as City Clerk. 31 Motion made by Flournoy-, that Kenneth Lavendusky be appointed to dispose of all dogs as he sees fit at a fee of twenty five (25) cents each. Iviotion died for lack of a second. I~Zotion made by Combs that firecracker sales be limited to three days prior to July 4, and one :lay after. This includes ex;~losion of firewJOrks during any period other than specified time. Seconded by Flournoy. 3 Ayes 1 nay Motion carried. Said Ordinance to be #3• Motion by Beane that vote on Ordinance #3 be reconsidered. Seconded by Flournoy. Motion carried by 3 ayes- 1 nay.
