The bo~.rd agreed to contract with some paper for publication, and deposit
50 copies, of revised ordinances vaith the city clerk. It was also agreed
that the ordinances shall be published for three consecutive weeks.
The Board is in receipt of permit from State Department of Health for
construction of sanitary sewers to serve Smithview, an addition to O~~vasso,
Oklahoma.
Rice made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Chittenden and meeting adjourned.

Motion made by Rosecrans that the claims be approved. Seconded by
Chittenden, and motion carried.
Motion made by Rosecrans to purchase a spotlight for Mr. Richardson's
car. Seconded by Chittenden, and carried.

The board agreed to permit Roy Boles to have a water tap and meter at
double rates for outside city limits.
An estimate by Mr. Wright to print 50 books of Owasso City Ordinances was
approximately X450.00.
A motion was made to accept Marywood Addition to City of Owasso as having
been installed and satisfactorily completed. Seconded by Chittenden and
carried.
Rice moved for adjournment, seconded by Rosecrans, and meeting adjourned.
