Moore, Tom Johnson, Strawdey McCarty, and Bob C. Lees. Minutes of previous meetings read and approved. A motion ~s~as made by Rice to accept the contract with Badger Meter. Seconded by Chittenden. Motion carried. A motion ~~vas made by Rice that Irvin P. Harrington be appointed as city clerk for the town of Owasso. Seconded and motion carried. Mr. Harrington was sworn in at this time. A motion was made by Chittenden to accept the Oklahoma Municipal League and the Oklahoma Association of Municipal Attorneys claims as stated. Seconded by Rice and motion carried. (Oct. 15 cont'd) The bo~.rd agreed to contract with some paper for publication, and deposit 50 copies, of revised ordinances vaith the city clerk. It was also agreed that the ordinances shall be published for three consecutive weeks. The Board is in receipt of permit from State Department of Health for construction of sanitary sewers to serve Smithview, an addition to O~~vasso, Oklahoma. Rice made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Chittenden and meeting adjourned. Approved: President City Clerk November 5, 1956 Regular meeting of Town Council. Seconded by Chittenden, and motion carried. Motion made by Rosecrans to purchase a spotlight for Mr. Richardson's car. Seconded by Chittenden, and carried. ,. The board agreed to permit Roy Boles to have a water tap and meter at double rates for outside city limits. An estimate by Mr. Wright to print 50 books of Owasso City Ordinances was approximately X450.00. A motion was made to accept Marywood Addition to City of Owasso as having been installed and satisfactorily completed. Seconded by Chittenden and carried. Rice moved for adjournment, seconded by Rosecrans, and meeting adjourned.
