Special meeting of Town Council.
Minutes approved as read.
Motion made by Rosecrans that E. R. Richardson be selected for the job
of town marsnall at a salary of $150.00 per month, plus $100.00 per
month for expense money. Seconded by Chittenden and motion carried.
A motion was made for adjournment by Rosecrans, seconded by Rice, and
meeting adjourned.

Chittenden, and Boyd.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.

Motion made by Chittenden to accept claims as noted.
motion carried.
Seconded by Rice,
A motion was made by Rice that Rosecrans be allowed to select an electrician
to check wiring on pumps. Seconded by Chittenden, and carried.
A motion was made by Rosecrans that meeting adjourn, seconded by Rice,and
meeting adjourned',.
