Simms 5.U0 Ross Smithers 10.00 Don Mes ler 7.50 Collinsville News 12.05 Badger Meter Mfg. Co. 590.40 A motion eras made by Chittenden that the claims be paid. Seconded by Rice andmmotion carried. A motion was made by Rice that the meetings of the council be changed temporarily to the second and fourth Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. each month. First and third Monday nights at 7 p.m. Seconded by Chittenden and carried. A motion was made by Chittenden to install four stop signs at Missouri and Grant Avenue. Seconded by Rice and motion carried. Mr. Spears met vrith the board regarding a Community Building. Plans are to be made in accord vrith the i;hamber of Commerce. A motion to adjourn made by Rice, Seconded by Chittenden, and motion carried. ApAoroved: President City Clerk September 29, 1956 Special meeting of City Council. Members present: Chittenden, Rice, Boyd, and Rosecrans. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. The following claims were presented: Owen Mansur and Steele 300.03 Robert Zundel 84.75 J. W. Allsup 134.75 Josephine Downey 84.80 The claims were accepted as read.. A motion was made by Rice that the town pay one half the water receipts of Raywood I and Raywood II to J. Ray Smith for month of September. Seconded by Chittenden, and carried. A motion was made by Rosecrans that all dwelling houses in the Ivadell addition be assessed their required sewer service charge of $.75 per month per each dwelling, with the exceptions of any that' may not have sewer connections. Seconded by Rice, and motion carried. A motion to adjourn was made by Rosecrans, seconded by Rice, and meeting adjourned.
