Special meeting of Town Council. Members present: Rice, Rosecrans, Boyd,
andChittenden.
After discussion by the board in regards to operation of pool hall, Mr.
Richardson was instructed to remedy the situation of the pool hall.
A motion was made by Chittenden to purchase a truck for the Water Department
at a cost of $170.00. Seconded by Rosecrans, and carried.
Rice made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Rosecrans, and carried.

Regular meeting of Town Council. Members present: Boyd, Rice, Rosecrans,
and Chittenden.
Visitors: Richardson, and Bradley.
The minutes of previous meetings were read and approved.

Motion made by Chittenden that claims be accepted.

Rosecrans seconded,
A motion wa.s made by Rosecrans that Iraurance at the following rates be
obtained for the city office: $1,000 on Cash and Messenger Service, and
$1,000 on furniture at a premium of $46.25. Seconded by Chittenden, and
motion carried.
Mr. Bradley discussed typed of safes handled by his company.

A motion was made by Rosecrans to purchase a safe from Scott-Rice Co for
$450.00. Safe to be 2 hour E. rating. Seconded by Chittenden, and motion
carried.
Rice made a motion to z~urchase a traffic signal for Main and Grant streets.
Seconded by Chittenden, and motion carried.
A motion ~:~.~as made by Rosecrans that the city purchase chairs from East
Tulsa Office Supply for a sum not to exceed $100.00. Seconded by Chittenden,
and motion carried.
Motion made to adjourn by Rosecrans, seconded by Chittenden, and meeting
adjourned.
