Bo~.rd met in special meeting. Those present were Holt, Smith, Rice, and
Boyd.
S.•~anson met with us to readthe ordinances that he had prepared.
Motion was made by Boyd to pay '~"eldon Jackson one months salary as Judge.
Holt seconded the motion and the vote carried.
S.~ranson informed us that we could use the '.'rater works fund money for
improving the water works.
Shahan was directed to contact the real estate developers about. their
sewer money and March 2bth was set as the dead line.

Board met in regular session. Those present .:ere Holt, Boyd, Smith, and
Rice.
Ordinance #92 eras presented to the board and Holt made the motion to
accept same and Boyd seconded the motion. On vote the motion carried.
Time was set by the board t~or door to door solicitors to be from day light
