Board met in regular session. Those present were Smith, Holt, ice, and
Boyd.
Bids submitted to the board for the sewer were as follow:
H. D. Hale $8,574.00
Robert Nicho1s6,973.00
Hale and Moore is to be notified that the money for the sewer mast be in
by the 10th of the month. Smith is to be notified that the difference
bet~;reen what we owe him on water and what he owes us on sewer must be
in by the 10th of April.
Motion cvas made by Holt that Nichols bid of ~p6,973.U0 be accepted on the
sewer. Rice seconded the motion and was carried by unanimous vote.
Sherrill is to be notified that he must put in a the at his new station
to carry off the surplus water.

Send final notice to L. L. McKeinzie for delinquent water bill.
Motion was made by Boyd and seconded by Holt that the building permits
be raised to $10.00 effective June 1st, 1956. Motion was carried by

Board met in regular session. Those present were Smith Boyd, and Holt.
Discussion t^ras held regarding the water tap nf~ Lot 9 Block 5 in the
Rayvrood Addition, Merle Colman contractor~is to be contacted to clarify
the cost of the tap.
Motion was made by Boyd to send Swanson to Norman with $30.00 for expenses
to attend the City Attorneys forum being held April 26th, 1956. Holt
seconded the motion and the motion carried by unanimous vote.
As of the above date, the City of Owasso, is in possession of a lease
for the 8 acre lagoon lacated at the south end of Owasso and whereby
Mr. J. Ray Smith relinquishedzall rights there to. The City will
assume all liability pertaining to its maintenance, construction, and
operation.
Motion :vas made by Holt that Bill Allsup start reading the water meters
on the 20th of each month and that the bills be mailed not later than
the 1st of each month to start April 20th, 1956. Ten perce:"~ after 10th
of each month to be added at time of collection starting June 1st, 1956.
~.ny bill not paid 30 days after delinguent date water will be cut off.
