Board met in regular session. Those present were Rice, Boyd, Smith.
Boyd made motion to accept the following description addition to the
City of Owasso. The North East one quater of the idorth East one quater
section Thirty-Town ship twenty one north-range fourtenn east with plat
and Deed Of Dedication to be accepted later. Rice second. Mo ion carried.
Motion by Boyd to pay Robert E. Nichols, Const. Co. one half ~f the contract
price on sewer plant improvement. Smith second. T~iotion carri d.

Rice made motion to releave Morris from payroll and duties, w'th
two weeks pay from 6-20-56, with commission to turned in. Se and by
Smith. Mot~_.on carried.
Smith made motion to hire Mr. Barnard Goodall forour annual a~dit,
not to exceed Five Hundread Dollars. Second by Rice. Motion carried.
Motion by Smith to Accept animal ordance s~ read. Rice second Motion carried.
Motion by Smith to accept Legal Dept. Ordance as read. Rice econd.
Motion carried.
Motion by Smith to accept Buisness ordance as read. Rice second.
Motion carried.

$oard met`in regular session. Those present were Rice, Boyd, Smith.
Motion by Rice, that an office of Deputy Clerk be $nstalled i the toren,
and duties being those of the town Clerk with the following e ceptions.
Correspondence, Attending meetings, including keeping minutes Salary
of above to be $200.00 per month. With hours to be from 9:am o 6:pm~
except Sat. at wich time will be, 8a~~fl to 12:am. GVed. 8:am to 12:am.
Second by Smith. Motion carried. 1
Motion by Smith to check on securing lease from Glen Combs, o building
for a period of one year for a sum not to exceed $420.00 per ear.
Second by Rice. Motion carried.
Motion by Smith to purchase Satnt~uPe for City 8lerks office riot to
exceed $600.00 Second by Rice. Motion carried,
Motion by Smith to establish ordance #~99, re5cending ordance 97 and
reestablishing a 75 cent assemen+~nt for pur~~~'~,o~ paying exp nces
and operation of City Clerks office. This assessment to continue until
such time as water Dept. is self operating. Second by Rice. ;Motion
carried. ~
Motion by Smith that Claud Chittenden be appointed to vacancy 'on down Board,
left by Hoy Holt, and that a letter be sent to County Cmmm. G~'~Brion,
