Discussion was held concerns a water tap in the Jones-
ville area for Mr. Earl ~yahti^~hich would bring the amount
of taps in this are~3_ to 21,no decision was made as it
was left under advisement of the City Attorney.

Company, the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York,
that work on the Greenlees Addition sewer was completed
in satisfactory manner.
Motion made by Rice, seconded by Chittenden to pay said

and a bill be paid each month from sales at tank.

Paul Smith tendered resignation. Acceptance motion made by
Chittenden, seconded by Smith. Vote 3 ayes for acceptance.
Motion made by Chittenden, seconded by Smith to appoint
Glenn E. Rosecrans to complete Paul Smith's unexpired term
as member of Board of Trustees.
