Paul Smith tendered resignation. Acceptance motion made by Chittenden, seconded by Smith. Vote 3 ayes for acceptance. Motion made by Chittenden, seconded by Smith to appoint Glenn E. Rosecrans to complete Paul Smith's unexpired term as member of Board of Trustees. Special Meeting. Present Rice-Rosecrans-Chittenden-Boyd. Motion by Rice that if approval is met by Tulsa Utility Board, town board will agree to furnish water for construction of sewer treatment plant with the following provisos; they must install all taps and furnish all meters for said project. Rates commercial--$5.00 per meter fixed fee plus .50¢ per thousand gallons each month.for all tivater consumed. Seconded by Rosecrans. Motion carried.
