BE !T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. The governing body of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, hereby does 7757 —Tor and on behalf of said municipality, the beneficial interest in the First Amendment dated June 12, 1974, to the Declaration of Trust dated October 10, 1972, creating the public trust designated The Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority, provided for in the Declaration of Trust of said public trust, for the comprehensive uses and purposes therein set forth; and the Mayor of the said municipality hereby is authorized and directed to endorse such acceptance of beneficial interest on said First Amendment to said Declaration of Trust for and on behalf of the municipality and the governing body thereo- SECTION 2. Ry reason of the need for the immediate preservation of peace, health and safety, an emergency hereby is declared to exist and this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption® ADOPTED this 1st day of 1982. /Y mayor,/ ATTEST: fseal'' 'City Cie r k ACCEPTANCE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST On, t h i, s 1st day of June _, 1982, pursuant to Resolution duly adopted by its governing body, the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, and said governing body of said City, hereby accept for and on behalf of the City the beneficial interest in the trust created by the within and foregoing Declaration of Trust dated October 10, 1972, creating The Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority, as amended by the within and foregoing First Amendment to Declaration of Trust dated June 12, 1974, in all respects in accordance with the terms of said Declaration of Trust and the First Amendment thereto. Spencer seconded by Von Stockler the Resolution was finally passed with the following vote: AYE: Phyllis Gross, O Smalley, Boyd Spencer, Von Stockler NAY: None And upon motion of Boyd M.
