BE !T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. The governing body of the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, hereby does 7757 —Tor and on behalf of said municipality, the beneficial interest in the First Amendment dated June 12, 1974, to the Declaration of Trust dated October 10, 1972, creating the public trust designated The Regional Metropolitan Utility Authority, provided for in the Declaration of Trust of said public trust, for the comprehensive uses and purposes therein set forth; and the Mayor of the said municipality hereby is authorized and directed to endorse such acceptance of beneficial interest on said First Amendment to said Declaration of Trust for and on behalf of the municipality and the governing body thereo- SECTION 2.
