RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Trustees deem it in the best interest of the
Owasso Public Works Authority, hereinafter referred to as "OPWA"
to make provisions for a reduced-rate fee structure for all ser-
vices provided to residential use customers where such customer
or their spouse were employed by either the OPWA or the City of
Owasso, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and during said employ-
ment rendered a service to either OPWA or the City of Owasso,
Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and thereafter retired from
said employment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Trustees of OPWA
that any individual employed by the OPWA and/or City of Owasso,
Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, who, during their time of re-
tirement is a residential use customer of the OPWA, or the
retiree's spouse is such a customer, said customer shall be
charged a reduced-rate fee for the provision of OPWA services
according to the following fee schedule:
a. For a retiree with at least ten (10) years, but less
than twenty (20) years, of employment by either the
OPWA and/or the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, State of
Oklahoma, who is a residential use customer, or whose
spouse is a residential use customer, a fee of one-half
(1/2) of the current rate shall be charged; and,
b, For a retiree with at least twenty (20) years but less
than thirty (30) years, of employment by either OPWA
and/or the City of Owasso, Tulsa County, State of Okla-
homa, who is a residential use customer, or whose
spouse is a residential use customer, a fee of one-
quarter (1/4) of then ten current rate shall be charged;
and,
C. For a retiree with more than thirty (30) years of em-
ployment by the OPWA and/or the City of Owasso, Tulsa
County, State of Oklahoma, no fee shall be charged.
THIS RESOLUTION VOTED UPON AND ADOPTED in a regular meeting
