NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWASSO, OKLAHOMA, THAT TO WIT: SECTION 1. The following described utility easement and drainage easement, be, and the same is hereby closed to the public use, to -wit: A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NW /4 OF THE SE /4 OF SECTION 32, T -21 -N, R -14- E OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 4, "KEYS LANDING - F, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF OWASSO, TULSA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, PLAT NO. 6134, AS FILED IN THE RECORDS OF THE TULSA COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, ALSO BEING THE MOST WESTERLY NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT, 'A -1', RECORDED ON 03/15/2013 AS DOC. SAID PROPERTY IS 4,921 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict only. Section 4. If any part or parts of this ordinance are deemed unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of final passage as provided by state law. Section 6 That there be filed in the office of the County Clerk of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, a true and correct copy of this Ordinance. Attached is a copy of Ordinance 1074 that formally adopts the City Council's action of March 15, 2016. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 1074.
