PRESENT: Joe Ross Chairman Marcia G. Riggs City Clerk Jerry K. Myers Vice Chairman James Matney Chief of Police Robert K. Ball Trustee John Edelman City Engineer Dean Large Trustee W. W. VanDall City Attorney V. D. Duncan Trustee Paul Johanning Bondsman Paul Neito Bondsman On a motion by Mr. Ball and a second by Mr. Myers the minutes of the June 4. meeting were approved as presented. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan. On a motion by Mr. Ball and a second by Mr. Myers the minutes of the June 17 meeting were approved as presented. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan, Resolution No. 119 approving Elm Creek Area Drainage (Sanitary Sewer) Bonds, was approved on amotion by Mr. Large and a second by Mr. Ball. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan. The Claims were presented and approved as presented with the exception of the two (2) claims to Melvin Southard in the respective amounts of $75.00 and 390.13 on a motion by Mr. Duncan and a second by Mr. Ball. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan. Mr. Ball requested a monthly report on gasoline consumption. This report is to be included with the mileage on vehicles, amount of gallons used, person using gasoline. At 9:53 p.m., Mr. Duncan moved and Mr. Ball seconded to adjourn. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan.
