Chairman Ross reported to the Authority that a final meeting on the Elm Creek Sanitary
Sewer Project would be held June 26, 1974 at City Hall at 10:00 A.M.
Mr. Campbell reported that all phases of work on the 86th Street North Intercepter Sewer Line
have been completed and that he would like to take $1,500.00 of the balance in the account and
divide it equally between the six (6) men who worked on the project and are presently employed
as a bonus (Men to receive this bonus are Hilburn, Templeton, Pride, Thompson, Day, McGill).
The remainder of the balance will be held for any repairs or late billing that might occur.
Mr. Ball so moved and Mr. Large seconded the motion. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan.
Mr. Edelman, city engineer, asked that the Authority approve final payment to McGuire Brothers
Construction Company on the installation of the Tulsa —Owasso Water Main Extension. Mr. Edelman
stated that there is some final work to be done on the Waugh and Blakestad easements but due
to so much rain Mr. McGuire has not been able to finish up. He suggested that we withhold
an amount sufficient to cover work to be done. Mr. Edelman will require signed statements
from property owners stating repairs have been made to their satisfaction before amount
withheld is paid to contractor. Mr. Myers moved that final payment be made to McGuire Brothers
after Mr. Campbell, Mr. Lang and Mr. Edelman walked line and that they use their judgment in
determining the amount to be withheld. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Ayes: Ross, Myers,
Ball, Large, Duncan.
At 8.45 p.m., Mr. Myers moved and Mr. Duncan seconded the motion to adjourn. Ayes: Ross,
Myers, Ball, Large, Duncan.
