The Owasso Public Works Authority met in regular session Tuesday evening, May 6,
at 7:41 p.m., with Chairman Ross presiding.

On a motion by Mr. Myers and a second by Mr. Large the minutes of the previous
meeting were approved. Ayes: Ross, Myers, Ball, Large.
Mr. Campbell informed the Authority that receipt of Permit #S2,.75-270 for Elm
Creek West Wastewater Facilities from the State Health Dept. had been received.
On a motion by Mr. Large and a second by Mr. Myers the claims were approved as
presented. Ayes: Ross, Ball, Myers, Large.
At 7:42 p.m., Chairman Ross recessed the meeting.
At 8:16 p.m., Mayor Large reopened the O.P.W.A. meeting.
Judge Pickerill administered the Oaths of Office to Mr. Holt and Mr. Spencer.
Acceptance of Trust Oath for Mr. Holt and Mr. Spencer were also administered
by Judge Pickerill.
Mr. Ball moved and Mr. Spencer seconded that Mr. Large be Chairman and Mr. Holt
Vice —Chairman of the O.P.W.A. Ayes: Large, Ball, Holt, Spencer.
On a motion by Mr. Ball and a second by Mr. Spencer authorization for new officers
to sign warrants was given. Ayes: Large, Ball, Holt, Spencer.
The Certificate of Trustees was executed by Chairman Large.
Mr, Jim Russell, of Aquaculture Industries, Inc., outlined his proposal for
stocking the lagoon with fish. Mr. Russell stated this would almost do away
with the odors from the lagoon. The Authority agreed it would be worth a try
but Mr. Ball recommended that City Attorney VanDall and Mr. Campbell approve
the Contract before the Authority gave their approval. This will be discussed
at a later meeting.
At 8:47 p.m., Mr. Ball moved and Mr. Holt seconded to adjourn. Ayes: Large,
Ball, Holt, Spencer.
